RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Eda Taspinar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.  
• Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

In case of damaged or defective items:
• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
• Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued accordingly.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
